TSUNEISHI GROUP (ZHOUSHAN) SHIPBUILDING, Inc. based in Zhoushan City, China exhibited for the first time at the international maritime fair SHIPTEC CHINA 2016 held October 25 through 28, 2016 at Dalian World Expo Center. With the slogan of “Challenge & Progress, TSUNEISHI,” the company promoted its mindset of embracing challenges to those in the maritime industry around the globe.

SHIPTEC CHINA 2016 marks the 12th time the fair has been held. More than 600 companies participated from China and abroad and 25,000 people attended over the four days. The TSUNEISHI GROUP (ZHOUSHAN) SHIPBUILDING, Inc. booth featured specs and interior images of passenger vessels under development, as well as new ship models that accommodate increasingly diverse market needs such as the 2,800 TEU Container Carrier, LR1 Product Tanker, and livestock carrier.
In addition to promotional videos of new ship models on a large screen and displays of wooden ship models that are utilized in water tank tests for ship development and 16 types of propeller models, current business activities and the company’s vision, including partnerships with communities, were introduced.
In its 14th year since establishment, TSUNEISHI GROUP (ZHOUSHAN) SHIPBUILDING, Inc. has achieved high-quality shipbuilding under Chinese leadership and workers. At SHIPTEC CHINA 2016, the “Challenge & Progress, TSUNEISHI” spirit was demonstrated to those in the maritime industry, not only in China, but also around the world.
