TSUNEISHI GROUP (ZHOUSHAN) SHIPBUILDING, Inc. held its first QC initiative briefing on two days, July 28 and 30.
Initiatives were launched with the objective of improving quality and cost. Employees in manufacturing and administration sections formed teams per section to identify issues in the workplace and execute initiatives to improve upon these. Progress was reported in this meeting, and, employees will proceed with improvements based on advice received from the CEO and factory manager.
A one-year result briefing is scheduled for the end of November.
Through QC initiatives, TSUNEISHI GROUP (ZHOUSHAN) SHIPBUILDING, aims to not only improve productivity and quality, but also to cultivate human resources by improving the issue detection/solution capabilities of managers and representatives.
